  • A trained professional who cares for trees, shrubs, and woody plants. They diagnose disease, prune for health, perform removals, and ensure safety in parks, urban areas, and residential properties.

  • Our team ranges from apprentices to highly experienced climbers. Everyone undergoes regular training and CPD to maintain the highest standards of skill and safety.

Tree Care & Planting

    • New trees: ~2x per week during dry periods.

    • Established trees: Thoroughly once a week in dry conditions.

    • Light pruning: Any time.

    • Major structural work: Winter, when leaves don’t block the crown.

    • Bare-rooted: Dormant winter months (Nov–Feb).

    • Container-grown: Almost any time, except severe frost. Always mulch, fertilize, and water in the first season.

  • Yes, careless mowing can injure bark and vascular tissue. Mulching around the drip line protects trees and eliminates the need to mow close.

 Property & Equipment

  • Usually not. We just need access for equipment. We aim to work safely and efficiently with minimal disruption.

  • Sometimes, with your permission. We use plywood to protect lawns, but some impressions may occur.

  • Yes, unless agreed otherwise. Clean-up is a standard part of our service.

  • Typically 4–6 inches below ground. Additional surface roots can be addressed if requested.

 Tree Removal

  • From small trees to large, complex removals, including tight spaces and near homes, fences, or power lines.

  • Not always. We assess tree health and structure first. Pruning or cabling can sometimes restore safety.

  • Some noise is unavoidable, but we minimise disruption and leave the site clean.

  • Yes. We use small grinders for narrow spaces and larger machines for open areas.

  • We follow industry best practices, use advanced rigging techniques, and operate professional-grade equipment to protect people and property.

Payment & Planning

  • Payment is due upon completion. An invoice will be issued shortly afterward.

  • Yes. We advise on local regulations, Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs), and compliance before any work begins.
